Noise adjustment in vortex flow sensor
    In the vortex flow sensor, since there is a certain noise component in the output of the two probes, there is no fluid flow in the pipeline, and the instantaneous flow indicated by the meter is sometimes greater than zero. At this time, the noise balance may be poorly adjusted and adjusted. The above two noises can be balanced to obtain a higher signal to noise ratio.
 
Make the transmitter have communication capabilities
    By transmitting the output signal by means of digital communication, it is possible to obtain higher precision than the analog signal output, because the loss of precision caused by D/A conversion is eliminated.
    Another important use of digital communication in transmitters is to facilitate the maintenance and management of the transmitter. This is because the smart meter can realize digital communication with other instruments, DCS, PLC and intelligent communicator (also called handheld terminal) using the same protocol, so that the transmitter can be remotely set and the zero point and range of the transmitter can be modified. The measurement unit and the completion of the diagnosis greatly facilitate the configuration and maintenance of the transmitter. The task that must have been done at the transmitter installation site, or the task that must be removed from the transmitter to the laboratory, can now be done in the control room or wiring cabinet.
