Vacuum solenoid valve sealing material
The sealing material of the vacuum solenoid valve has nitrile rubber. It has excellent oil resistance, and its oil resistance is second only to polysulfide rubber and fluoro rubber, and it has the wear resistance and gas tightness. The disadvantage of Ding Qing rubber is that it is not resistant to ozone and aromatic, halogenated hydrocarbons, ketones and ester solvents, and is not suitable for insulating materials.
Main uses
NBR is mainly used to make oil resistant products, such as oil pipe, tape, rubber diaphragm and large oil sac. It is often used in making various kinds of oil resistant molding products, such as O ring, oil seal, leather bowl, diaphragm, valve, bellows, etc., and also used for making rubber plates and wear resistant parts.
The use of butadiene rubber
The polarity of NBR is very strong, and the compatibility with other polymers is generally not very good, but it has good compatibility with polymers such as chloroprene rubber, modified phenolic resin, polyvinyl chloride and so on, especially with chlorine containing polymers. In addition, the vacuum solenoid valve is used for improving the processability and performance. NBR is also used with non-polar rubber such as NR, SBR, CIS and so on. It should be pointed out that NBR is characterized by good oil resistance, and that the high pressure solenoid valve and other polymers (besides PVC) have a tendency to reduce the oil resistance.
