Solenoid valves generally work in one direction and cannot be reverse mounted. The arrow on the valve is the direction of movement of the pipeline fluid and must be consistent.
When the solenoid valve is working again in the icing site, it should be heat treated or set with insulation measures.
The solenoid valve is installed at a normal valve body level, and the coil is vertically upward. Some products can be installed arbitrarily, but it is preferably vertical when conditions permit, to increase the service life.
After the electromagnetic coil lead wire (connector) is connected, it should be confirmed whether it is firm or not. The contact of the electrical component should not be shaken. Looseness will cause the solenoid valve to not work.
It is better to use a bypass for the solenoid valve to be produced continuously, which is convenient for maintenance and does not affect production.
The high-pressure solenoid valve is a pilot-operated normally-closed valve. When the coil is energized, a magnetic field is formed, and the pilot valve is opened to lower the working pressure of the upper part of the piston, thereby pushing the piston upward by the pressure difference, and the pipeline is unblocked, otherwise the coil is powered off. The piston falls, thereby cutting off the pipeline.
