Introduction to the implementation standard of vortex flowmeter
Vortex flowmeter implementation standards Although the vortex flowmeter is a very young flowmeter in the universal flowmeter, China has developed the professional standard for vortex flowmeter (ZBN 12008-89) and the verification procedure JJG 620-89 as early as the 1980s, indicating that it is affected by the industry. Pay attention to it. Professional standards were revised in 1998 and changed to JB/T 9249-1999. The verification procedure is combined with the firm procedures of other speed flowmeters into a new verification procedure JJG 198-94, but since the new procedure includes many types of speed flowmeters (up to 8 kinds!) Some characteristics of the flowmeter are difficult to take care of, so it is felt that some regulations are not specific or completely unspecified, and it is somewhat difficult to implement. JJG 620-89 also has some reference value. Foreign countries also attach great importance to the development of vortex flowmeter standards. In the early 1990s, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) established a drafting working group to draft VSF international standards, a draft committee (ISO/CD 12764) in 1993, and a technical report in 1997. (ISO/TR 12764:1997). For various reasons, ISO lists some documents that are not suitable as international standards as technical reports, such as documents that do not have sufficient support rate, technology is still not mature enough or provided as reference materials, etc. It seems that the vortex flowmeter file is still Not mature enough, temporary fashion cannot be released as an international standard. Industrial developed countries such as the United States and Japan have developed VSF national standards (ASME/ANSI MFC-6M-1987 and JIS Z8766-1989).
