What is the structure of the vortex flowmeter?

The structure of the vortex flowmeter can be roughly divided into two parts, a sensor and a converter. The sensor includes the generator body, the body (including the measuring tube and the flange), the detecting element, and the like; the converter refers to the electrical part of the vortex flowmeter, and includes an electronic template and a display unit in the shield and the shield.
 
The body of the instrument can be made into two types of flange type and flange clamp type. The vortex flowmeter is mounted to the pipe under test through a flange or a clamped flange. For small pipe diameters, it can be made into threaded type and pipe welded type.
The fluid circulation portion of the watch body is processed into a measuring tube of a nominal diameter D, which provides a passage for the fluid to be measured to pass through the meter. The measuring body is mounted with the generating body and the detecting element. The generating body is perpendicular to the axis of the measuring tube. It can be welded in the watch body or can be installed in the watch body through the sealing member. Its main function is to generate the Karman vortex street. The detecting component is also mounted on the watch body, and can be fabricated by using various sensitive components such as heat sensitive, ultrasonic, strain, capacitance, magnetoelectric, stress, photoelectric, etc., to detect the vortex signal. The sensing element can be mounted in the body or downstream of the body and can also be removed from the measuring tube.
The #replacer consists of a metal case and an electronic template with various functions. The electronic template is composed of an amplifying circuit, a filtering circuit, a shaping circuit, a D/A conversion circuit, a flow calculation circuit, and an LCD display. The converter receives the signal output by the detecting component and processes the signal to obtain flow information. The converter and the body are connected by brackets, and a radiator should be installed on the high-temperature vortex flowmeter bracket.
