What systems are the vortex flowmeters made up of? Flow meter inlet
As can be seen from the first section, measuring the vortex frequency / can achieve flow measurement. However, to achieve vortex frequency measurement, the following aspects must be solved: (1) Designing a generator with excellent flow characteristics to separate a strongly stable Karman vortex street in a wide Reynolds number range; (2) It is necessary to select the detection technology that meets the fluid properties and measurement requirements, and design a detection element with a detection sensitivity 髙 and a wide measurement range; (3) Design a signal processing circuit with strong anti-interference ability. Except for any of the above three aspects, it is impossible to accurately measure the flow. It can be seen that a complete vortex flowmeter should be composed of four parts: the body, the generator, the detecting component and the signal converter. Figure 3-3 shows a schematic diagram of the structure of a flange-type vortex flowmeter. Figure 3-4 is a schematic view of a flange-mounted vortex flowmeter.
