Basic knowledge of imported electric control valve products

The electric actuator is combined with the electric actuator and the regulating valve, and then assembled and adjusted by mechanical connection to form an electric regulating valve. The flow characteristic refers to the relationship between the relative flow rate of the medium flowing through the electric regulating valve and its opening under the condition that the pressure difference between the two ends of the valve is kept constant, and is divided into three types: linear characteristic, equal percentage characteristic and parabolic characteristic. The electric control valve is a self-operated regulating valve that does not require additional energy and controls the temperature by adjusting the set point. When the temperature rises, the valve closes proportionally to temperature changes.
The self-regulating valve consists of a control valve and a thermostat (including a temperature sensor, a setpoint adjuster, a capillary and a working piston), and the electric actuator relies on the selection of different temperature conditions. The temperature regulating valve operates according to the principle of liquid expansion. If the temperature on the sensor rises, the liquid filling is simultaneously heated and expanded, and the valve is closed under the action of the working piston. At this time, the cooling medium can be adjusted step by step through the set point button. The electric two-way valve can be read on the scale. All thermostats are equipped with an over-temperature safety protection device.
The electric control valve is most suitable for installation in the lower part of the horizontal line at the upper end of the working piston. The temperature sensor can be mounted in any position and the entire length must be immersed in the controlled medium. Generally, it includes a driver, accepts the electric signal of the driver to control the valve for adjustment, and can also form an intelligent network control system according to the control needs, and optimize the control to realize remote monitoring.
