Imported V-type electric control valve structure and product features
The V-type electric control valve has a V-shaped core, which can realize linear adjustment and a wide adjustable range. It is a rotary ball valve with a metal valve or a metal-to-PTFE sealing fit. It can be used as a control regulating valve or as a shut-off shut-off valve. The main features of the V-type electric control valve are: 1) The integral valve body without any pipe joints, so it is not affected by the pipe or bolt stress, and since the valve body does not have any pipe joints, the pressure-resistant casing is not affected by the pressure "mutation"; 2) With a V-shaped valve body, even in the case of small flow or high viscosity medium, the accuracy of control can be guaranteed over the entire range; 3) The leak-proof and durable valve seat is lined with a stainless steel inner core PTFE cup or O-ring at its outer diameter. Further enhancing the structure of the valve seat; 4) When the valve is closed, the V-notch creates a wedge-shaped shearing action between the valve seat and the valve seat, and has both self-cleaning function and preventing the core from being stuck. It is especially suitable for pipeline fouling or containing fiber and granular solids.
