1. Operation principle
The engine passes two triangular belts to drive the crankshaft of the air
pump, then drives the piston to drum up, and the gas is
pumped into the storage cylinder through the pipeline. On the other hand, the gas cylinder passes through a gas pipeline to transfer the gas in the cylinder into the pressure regulating valve fixed on the air
pump, and then controls the air pressure in the storage tank. When the air pressure in the gas storage is not reached the pressure adjusted by the pressure regulating valve, the gas that enters the pressure regulating valve from the reservoir can not open the pressure regulating valve valve; when the air pressure in the reservoir reaches the pressure adjusted by the pressure regulating valve, the gas of the pressure regulating valve is opened from the storage cylinder to the valve of the pressure regulating valve to enter the airways connected with the pressure regulating valve in the
pump. The air inlet of the air
pump is usually opened through the air passage, and then the air
pump is operated empty, so as to reduce the power loss and maintain the intention of the air
pump. When the air pressure in the reservoir is lower than the pressure adjusted by the pressure regulating valve, the valve in the pressure regulating valve is back to the position by the back tension spring, disconnects the air
pump and starts the drum again.
Two. Cooling method
The cooling method of the air
pump is to use the coolant of the engine to cool it. The coolant of the engine enters the air
pump through the water pipeline through the water channel, and then circulate from the water pipe to the cooling system of the engine in the air
pump to dissipate heat.
Three, smooth method
The smooth way of air
pump is to use engine oil to smooth. The engine oil passes through the oil channel through the oil pipe line into the oil channel in the crankshaft of the air
pump, so as to smooth the axle bush and connecting rod, then back to the crankcase of the
pump, and the crankshaft will smooth the cylinder and the piston through the spatter smooth method in the crankcase. Finally, the oil in the crankcase of the air
pump passes through the pipeline and flows back to the oil pan of the engine for cooling.
