What is the pressure test requirement for the valve ferrule joint pipe?
1) Before the pressure test of the ferrule joint, the test system shall be thoroughly inspected according to the design requirements and relevant technical specifications. The valves, instruments and fittings that are not suitable for testing with the pipeline shall be removed from the pipeline, and the short pipe shall be temporarily connected; All opening and closing of the pipeline shall be closed. It shall not be separated from the equipment to be tested together or the high (low) pressure system and the low (high) system shall be added, and shall be removed in time after pressure test.
2) The valve in the pressure test system of the ferrule joint shall be opened, and the bleed valve shall be provided at the lowest point of the system; the drain valve shall be provided at the lowest point.
3) The water pressure test should not be carried out at an ambient temperature of less than 5 degrees. Otherwise, the corresponding antifreeze measures should be taken, or the air pressure test should be used. After the test pressure is passed, the liquid in the system should be discharged immediately.
4) When the ferrule joint test is carried out, it should be slowly boosted. At the same time, pay attention to the situation of each part of the pressure test system, and find the problem and immediately reduce the pressure for repair.
5) After the test pressure is qualified, the test inspection record should be filled in and signed by the relevant parties to be archived as technical data.
