Electric diaphragm valve product features and working principle

The most prominent feature of the electric diaphragm valve is that the diaphragm separates the lower valve body cavity from the inner cavity of the upper valve cover, so that the valve stem, valve disc and other parts located above the diaphragm are not corroded by the medium, eliminating the packing sealing structure and not generating The medium is leaking. The specific characteristics of the electric diaphragm valve are as follows:
1. The diaphragm made of soft seal such as rubber or plastic has good sealing performance. Since the diaphragm is a consumable part, it should be replaced periodically depending on the characteristics of the medium;
2, limited by the diaphragm material, the diaphragm valve is suitable for low pressure and relatively low temperature occasions;
3. Diaphragm valves can be divided into six types according to the structure: house type, direct current type, cut-off type, straight-through type, gate type and right angle type; the connection form is usually flange connection; according to the driving method, it can be divided into manual, electric and pneumatic. Three kinds, among which the pneumatic drive is divided into three types: normally open, normally closed and reciprocating;
4. It is generally not suitable for use in pipelines with a temperature higher than 60 °C and transporting organic solvents and strong oxidizing media, and should not be used in pipelines with higher pressure.
Working principle of electric diaphragm valve products:
1. It consists of valve body, valve cover, valve stem, valve disc, diaphragm, electric device and other driving parts;
2. The opening and closing of the valve is driven by the connecting shaft of the electric device to drive the valve stem nut, so that when the valve stem is moved axially, the valve flap is lifted and lowered;
3. When the power supply is interrupted and the valve is in urgent need of opening and closing, the hand-electric switching handle should first be switched to the position marked with manual mark, and then the flash door can be opened and closed by rotating the hand wheel. When rotated clockwise, the valve can be closed; otherwise it is turned on;
4. When the electric operation needs to be resumed, the switching handle must be switched to the position marked with the electric mark before the electric operation can be performed.
