Standard installation: the marking should point to the tank wall; the mounting marking should be in the direction of the center flange of the two bolt holes of the flange; for accurate positioning, there are markings on the flange or thread, which must be marked during installation. Meet the following directions:
1. The indicator of the flange should point to the center of the tank wall or tank.
2. If using a waveguide installation, the flange marking should point to the side of the opening.
3. If using a bypass pipe installation, the flange mark should be on the side that points to the communication pipe.
During the use of the radar level gauge, the amplitude of the echo signal indicates whether the installation position is optimal. In the case of solid materials, if the amplitude of the echo signal is low, the flange can be rotated, and each hole is rotated to make the interference echo reach. The smallest. In addition, you can use the false echo storage to achieve the best measurement results.
