Under normal circumstances, in the case of proper operation, the float does not require maintenance, and maintenance is not required for at least 3 years. If the medium is special, such as thicker, or more impurities, it can also be easily maintained. It is enough to take out the flange and pull out the float.

For routine maintenance, only observe and record the parameters, observe whether the measured liquid level is roughly the same as the actual liquid level, and observe whether the liquid level indicates whether there is any problem. If there is no problem with the recorded parameters, it is maintained. Because it is not advisable if it is really necessary to clean it, it will be very troublesome. Also take the measurement here again that may affect the float level gauge. Moreover, maintenance is not required by itself, so only regular observation and recording are required.

We know that any product will have a long life, regardless of the length of life, if it is not maintained, it can only shorten the life. The float level gauge is also in need of maintenance. Although it is the same as the magnetic flap level gauge, it is convenient and simple to install and maintain compared to other level gauges, but it is also a basic work and must be standardized.
