Measuring principle:
The heavy hammer level gauge sensor receives the detection command: the motor rotates to drive the gear shaft and the bobbin to rotate, so that the cable is lowered, and the weight is lowered by the top of the warehouse. When the weight falls to the material surface, the material surface is lifted and loses weight, the cable is slack, the sensitive lever action makes the micro switch contact, the display instrument control signal is immediately issued, the motor reverses the command, and the weight rises and returns until the bobbin When the top switch is touched, the motor stops and the hammer returns to the original position of the warehouse to complete a detection process. During this process, the meter displays the height of the weight from the bottom of the bin to the material level by detecting the number of revolutions of the bobbin, and outputs 4~20mA current.
