Winding inductance F0 test method
1. Test instrument Agilent E4991 or equivalent type of instrument;
2. Return the instrument to zero proofreading;
3. Place the sample to be tested on the instrument fixture;
4. Select the "Impedance" test option;
5. Slowly adjust the frequency adjustment knob to change the inductance test frequency (generally from 0HZ to 5GHz);
6. Investigate the impedance-frequency display curve appearing on the instrument screen, as shown in the following figure:

7. Find the peak point with the highest impedance (Impedance) on the picture;
8. The frequency point corresponding to the impedance peak point in the longitudinal direction is the self-resonant frequency point F0 of the inductor;
