Belt line operation - corrosion resistant solenoid valve miniature solenoid valve

Before the belt line runs, first confirm that the belt line equipment, personnel, and articles being transported are in a safe and intact state; secondly, check that each moving part is normal and free of foreign matter, check that all electrical lines are normal, and put the belt line into operation normally. Finally, check that the difference between the supply voltage and the rated voltage of the device does not exceed ± 5%.
To operate on the belt line, the following operations must be performed:
1. Close the main power switch and check if the power supply of the device is normally fed and the power indicator is on. After the normal operation, proceed to the next step.
2. Close the power switch of each circuit and check if it is normal. Under normal conditions: the device does not work, the belt line running indicator does not light, the power indicator of the inverter and other devices is on, and the display panel of the inverter is normal (no fault code display).
3. Start each electrical device in turn according to the process flow. After the previous electrical device starts normally (the motor or other device has reached normal speed and normal state), then the next electrical device is started.
In the operation of the belt line, the provisions of the articles in the design of the conveyed articles must be observed, and the design capability of the belt line must be observed. Secondly, it should be noted that all types of personnel must not touch the moving parts of the belt line, and non-professionals are not allowed to touch electrical components, control buttons, etc. at will. Finally, in the belt line operation, the inverter's rear stage cannot be disconnected. If it is necessary to determine the maintenance, it must be stopped when the inverter operation is stopped. Otherwise, the inverter may be damaged.
The belt line stops running. Press the stop button to stop the total power after the system is completely stopped.
