Precautions in the actual application of liquid mass flowmeter
The Coriolis mass flow meter is made for all branches during art continuous flow measurement of a wide range of applications. Liquid mass flowmeters directly measure and display the measured medium temperature and density, mass flow rate may also display other parameters of the measured medium, regardless of the latter with the measured medium, such as density, temperature, pressure and flow condition. The mass flow meter is suitable for measuring liquids, liquids containing solids, multiphase mixtures; measuring the concentration of each substance in the mixture; and measuring mass flow, density, temperature, flow, cumulative mass and volume. In addition to the normal installation requirements, special attention should be paid to reducing the effects of vibration, as mass flow meters operate on the basis of vibration principles, and external vibrations introduce interference. It is possible to adopt methods such as adding a fixed pier to overcome vibration interference. (3) When the instrument is used, the instrument should be initialized in strict accordance with the data of the factory checklist, which is also a prerequisite for ensuring accurate measurement. (4) It is necessary to perform accurate zero calibration under the conditions of use during the use of the liquid mass flowmeter. The key point is to perform on-line calibration of the zero point. After the instrument is put into operation, it has been calibrated several times. From the result, there is a zero drift problem. Although the drift does not affect its actual accuracy, it also causes a certain measurement error.
