Structure types of explosion-proof electromagnetic coils
There are several different types of explosion-proof electromagnetic
coils.
1, positive pressure type: the pressure of maintaining the internal protection gas is higher than the surrounding pressure to avoid the explosive mixture entering the shell or the sufficient protective gas through the shell, so that the concentration of the internal explosive mixture is reduced to below the lower limit of the explosion.
2, seal type: it may produce an arc, spark, or high temperature of a mixture that ignites an explosive mixture, so that it can not ignite the explosive mixture around it.
3, the intrinsic safety: the internal circuit of the equipment, under the specified conditions, the electric spark and the thermal effect produced under normal work or specified failure state can not ignite the explosive mixture.
4, increase safety type: in normal operation, no arc, spark and dangerous high temperature are not produced, and further protection measures are taken on the structure to improve the safety and reliability of the equipment.
