The electromagnetic flowmeter is used to measure the flow rate, and the flow rate signal is sent to the control device and the flow control device. It can be set to send a signal to the regulating valve to close when the instantaneous flow rate reaches a certain value. It is also possible to set the cumulative flow to a certain value for quantitative control. The electromagnetic flowmeter has good application effect in the measurement of the liquid medium, the measurement is accurate, and the use time is long and the failure is small. It can be measured only if the liquid has a certain conductivity.
Electromagnetic flowmeters can be used with any flow integrator or they can be sent directly to PLCs and computers.
The main functions of electromagnetic flowmeter: flow lower limit setting, flow upper limit setting, flow lower limit alarm, flow upper limit alarm, small signal cut-off function, span setting, pipe empty alarm, instrument fault alarm, output: pulse signal, output current signal.
Flow lower limit setting function: It is mainly used in some special places. When the flow rate is lower than the set value, an alarm is issued. The operator closes the valve or shuts down the pump as required.
Flow upper limit setting function: When the upper limit of flow is set and the flow exceeds the upper limit, we can usually turn down the valve switch appropriately.
Small signal removal function: mainly used in some places there may be some interference, we ignore the small interference signal through the small signal removal function setting.
Electromagnetic flowmeter can also be controlled in batches, with batch control function when the instrument built-in batch controller, with the filling or feeding process, batching control of the value. If we don't need too much cost, we can also use the most stupid way, as long as the flow meter has a cumulative function, so that an operator stands in front of the flow meter and presses the button to stop the pump each time a given value is reached. This operation is also very reliable.
