Research on Capacitive Electromagnetic Flowmeter - Focus on Microfluidic Control Technology
The electromagnetic flowmeter is an instrument for measuring the volumetric flow rate of a fluid according to the working principle of Faraday's electromagnetic induction law. Because of its simple mechanism, no pressure loss, and a large measuring range, it is one of the most commonly used flow measuring instruments. Capacitance electromagnetic flowmeter is a relatively new and still developing electromagnetic flowmeter that can measure fluids that are difficult to measure using traditional electrode type electromagnetic flowmeters, such as low-conductivity fluids, mud-mixed fluids, and adhesion-type fluids, and extends electromagnetics. The application of flow meters is an important direction in the field of electromagnetic flowmeters in recent years.
On the basis of reading a large number of related documents, this article has studied the core parts of the capacitive electromagnetic flowmetersensor and signal conversion circuit, successfully developed a prototype system, and passed the experimental test on the experimental device. This article mainly studies related
1. Introduce relevant detection theory into the design of signal converters. Using rotating capacitor filtering technology, a new method is proposed to detect weak traffic signals from strong noise background under low signal-to-noise ratio.
2. A rectification sampling circuit was developed for the AC square wave signal with a filtered output. On the surface of the experiment, this circuit has a strong interference suppression capability and provides a method for stabilizing the output signal voltage.
3. Developed a prototype system and passed experimental tests on the experimental device. The results show that the proposed method is effective and the prototype developed is successful.
