How to choose a common device for liquid flow control

Although there are many methods and devices for liquid flow control on the market today, they are still selected based on actual conditions. Each type of instrument for controlling liquid flow has its own characteristics. It must be selected according to their characteristics. Only after the main flow control device can the performance of this device be exerted.

First select the host of the flow control device; secondly, select the sensor according to the site conditions. The sensor is divided into the outer clamp, insert and pipe segment; if you choose the outer clamp sensor, you need to use the grinding tool to smooth the measuring part of the pipe during installation. Wipe clean with a clean cloth, install the sensor in the measurement area of the pipe with enough coupling product, and clip it with the fixture; if you choose the plug-in sensor, you need to use a special hole-puncher to make holes in the measurement area. The sensor is installed in the drilling area; if you choose the pipe section sensor, simply install the pipe section in the area to be measured. After the sensor is installed, connect the sensor cable and connect it to the host. The host is powered on, input parameters, and debug until normal.

The selection of the liquid flow control device must satisfy the product requirements as much as possible. Equipment used for calibration should have a valid certification certificate, and the accuracy of standard measuring instruments should be higher than that of the meter being tested. The parameters of the pipeline must be complete in order to correctly set the configuration parameters of the standard measuring instruments.
