Because it can directly measure the mass, density, and temperature of the medium flowing through the instrument's internal measuring tube, it is The flow state does not have strict laminar flow requirements, so there is no straight pipe section requirement for the pipelines before and after the flowmeter during installation.

1 Because the shape of the flowmeter is diversified, its internal structure is almost the same. Basically, there are two U-shaped measuring tubes. The bottom and the left and right sides of the two measuring tubes are installed with three coils. The bottom coil is the excitation coil. The two coils have a detection density and a detection density, and the temperature inside the measuring tube is also buried with a thermal resistance detecting medium.

2 Because the flowmeter can detect the density of the medium in real time, without the need to artificially set a constant density of a medium, the detection value of the mass flowmeter is accurate and reliable, and the construction and installation are simple and convenient.

3 Although the flowmeter measuring tube is inside the housing, the external stress can still produce unpredictable additional errors in the detection. For example, the fixing wire of the heating wire in the figure generates the deformation due to the influence of the temperature during the recovery operation and causes a randomly varying stress. Overlay.

In addition, the distance between the heat tracing line and the mass flow meter must be kept at a certain distance to prevent the influence of the asymmetric stress caused by the thermal expansion of the heating line and the excessive conduction heat on the temperature of the mass flowmeter medium.
