First, floating pneumatic ball valve
It is a pneumatic ball valve with an unstructured and closed structure. Since its sphere is always fixed, it floats. Therefore, during the general medium pressure process, the floating ball body can generate most of the displacement to a certain extent, and can be tightly pressed on the closed surface of the outlet end, thereby more ensuring the closed state of the outlet end. Due to its structural characteristics, it is now mostly used in medium and low pressure ball valves.
Second, fixed ball pneumatic valve
As its name suggests, its sphere has always been fixed, and it cannot move after being squeezed. The main feature of this ball valve is that it has a floating valve seat, which is subjected to the effect of medium pressure. This will cause the valve seat to move slightly, causing the seal to press tightly against the ball, ensuring tightness. Because it is usually attached to the ball body and installed under the bearing, the operation force is small, so it can be applied to high-pressure valves. In recent years, oil-filled ball valves have been developed to reduce the size of the gas ball valve's operating torque and increase the reliability of the seal. Its appearance not only strengthens its closeness, but also reduces the size of the operating torque, so it can be more suitable for high pressure and large diameter ball valves.
Third, elastic pneumatic valve
The ball of the elastic gas ball valve is elastic. This ball valve is suitable for use in high temperature and high pressure media. The reason for this is mainly because the ball and the valve seat ring are made of metal materials, which has a large degree of closure than pressure, and must be applied to the external force. The elastic ball can also pass through an elastic groove that is opened at the lower side of the ball inside, so that the elasticity is obtained.
