What are the limits of the electric ball valve?
The electric ball valve refers to the ball valve controlled by the motor drive. The common electric ball valves in our daily life include stainless steel electric ball valve, cast steel electric ball valve, electric flange ball valve and electric screw ball valve.
The electric ball valve electric limit is through the control of the electric ball valve power switch, to achieve the ball valve switch. When the motor rotates in position from 0 to 90 degrees, the drive shaft cam presses the built-in micro switch to control the opening or cutting of the motor power supply to achieve the ball valve switching function.
When the electric ball valve works, the limit mechanical parts are installed on the motor drive shaft. When the motor rotates at 0-90 degrees, the limit block rotates, so as to achieve the ball valve switching control. The mechanical limit can be adjusted by the adjusting bolt to its opening range, generally around +/- 10 degrees. When the motor is burned out due to improper operation, the mechanical limit can ensure the normal operation of the electric valve and avoid the occurrence of failure.
Electric ball valve limit is divided into two kinds of mechanical limit and electrical limit. The mechanical limit and the electric limit of the electric ball valve are required to cooperate. The combination of the two can more accurately control the opening and closing of the valve and better control the flow of the medium in the pipeline. However, during the actual use, the mechanical limit and the electrical limit should be coordinated at the same time, so as to avoid the motor failure as much as possible.
