High temperature and high voltage electromagnetic stainless steel reliability and maintainability design
The problems of reliability and maintainability of domestic high temperature and high voltage electromagnetic stainless steels have reduced the safety, reliability, maintainability, and automation of the system, seriously affecting the promotion and application of high temperature and high voltage electromagnetic stainless steel in some high-end fields. To solve the problem of reliability and maintainability of high-temperature and high-voltage electromagnetic stainless steel, we must first study the design. (1) Sliding parts cooperate with clearance and hardness matching. First of all, in the design process, the valve sleeve piston and valve head should be fully researched and analyzed, and then several pairs of clearance and hardness matching schemes should be determined. Then the high temperature and high pressure test benches are used for confirmatory tests to find the best match. The gap and joint hardness difference scheme ensures that the electromagnetic stainless steel moves without any jamming for 3,000 times, so as to achieve the objective of improving the operational reliability of electromagnetic stainless steel. (2) Separate structure of sleeve and valve body and combination valve core. 1. Separation of the sleeve from the valve body, that is, the separation of the valve body and the valve seat of the electromagnetic stainless steel, the purpose of which is mainly two points. One is to solve the problem that the valve seat is damaged and cannot be replaced during use, resulting in inconvenience, difficulty, and long maintenance time. Using this structure can achieve rapid maintenance of electromagnetic stainless steel. The second is that this structure separates the valve body from the valve seat, improves the service life of the valve body, and can guarantee the technical requirements for the service life of the valve body for 60 years. In the design, the calculation of the expansion coefficient of the selected material shall be carried out, and the best structure size shall be determined through a confirmatory test in the prototype test. 2. Combined valve core is mainly composed of piston piston valve head piston ring and threaded sleeve and other parts. The main purpose of this structural design is to ensure that the components of the assembled valve plug can be integrated after assembly. When the electromagnetic stainless steel sealing couple is used or the time of use or failure is damaged, it can be quickly replaced. The key technology of this structure lies in how to ensure reliable operation within the specified number of operating life and no jamming. Threads, hooks, expansions, and other structural forms are used between the parts to ensure that the parts are integrated after assembly. The optimal clearance between the piston and the sleeve is found through theoretical analysis and verification tests to ensure reliable operation of the electromagnetic stainless steel. The hardfacing alloy is surfacing on the outer surface of the piston, and the hardness of the piston surface and the hardness of the sleeve surface are maintained to a certain degree of hardness. At the same time, the roughness value of the sliding mating surface is more than 0.4 μm and the material is made of a material that is both high temperature resistant and wear resistant. The piston ring, embedded in the outer surface of the piston, eliminates piston jamming.
