Electromagnetic stainless steel control mode zero control and fire control
Electromagnetic stainless steel control can basically be divided into two types, zero control and fire control.
Control "fire"
The control of fire means that one end of the electromagnetic stainless steel is often grounded, and the control unit controls the power supply of the electromagnetic stainless steel. In the non-operating state, both ends of the electromagnetic stainless steel have the same zero potential. When the control signal is high, the PNP transistor cuts off, and the electromagnetic stainless steel No power; When the control signal is low, the PNP transistor is turned on, and the power is applied to the electromagnetic stainless steel via the emitter of the transistor. The electromagnetic stainless steel is electrified and enters the normal working state. The electromagnetic stainless steel control loops of automatic transmissions of early modern Hyundai, Toyota, and Chrysler systems were mostly controlled by a power source.
Control "zero"
Zero control means that one end of the electromagnetic stainless steel is constant current, and the control unit controls the grounding circuit of the electromagnetic stainless steel. In the non-operating state, both ends of the electromagnetic stainless steel have the same high potential. When the control signal is at a high potential, the NPN triode is turned on. The power supply is applied to the electromagnetic stainless steel via the collector of the triode, and the electromagnetic stainless steel is energized to work normally.
