Introduction to the use of imported free float traps

1. In order to make the free float traps safe and efficient for a long time, all kinds of debris, scale and the like cannot enter the valve. Especially in the initial stage of operation, the equipment and pipe network must be flushed first, and all traps should be removed before installing the trap.
    2. When the equipment is started, the equipment and the pipe network are in a cold state. If the rapid steam supply is easy to cause thermal expansion and cause an accident, or a water hammer phenomenon, the following points should be noted:
    (1) Slowly transport steam;
    (2) Preheating equipment and pipe network (small equipment takes about 10-15min, large equipment takes about 1h);
    (3) It is necessary to eliminate a large amount of condensed water and air formed in the initial operation of the equipment (the bypass pipe system can be opened).
    3. In normal operation, the filter should be cleaned at the right time to completely eliminate all kinds of impurities and dirt generated during the initial operation, and the water quality (pH) should be checked in time to facilitate early detection of equipment abnormalities and corrosion of the trap.
    4, in the cold winter area should pay attention to antifreeze, free float ball traps and return pipes should be set to prevent frost, the valve and pipe network should be insulated.

    5. Stop the steam supply first, stop the shut-off valve at the inlet and outlet of the trap, unscrew the drain screw of the valve, thoroughly remove the dirt in the chamber, and drain the condensate.
