Tower deoxidation equipment: Deoxidation is usually carried out in a deoxygenation tower. The utility model relates to a cylindrical cone bottom tower body, wherein a sprayer is arranged in the upper part of the tower, a packing layer is arranged on the supporting sieve plate in the middle part, and a deoxidizing liquid storage chamber is arranged below, and the liquid level is controlled by the liquid level adjusting device. The purified noble liquid is sprayed on the packing layer in the suction tower under the action of vacuum to form a liquid film flowing downward, and the dissolved gas in the liquid escapes under the action of vacuum to achieve the purpose of deoxidation. The deoxidizing liquid is discharged from the drain port of the cone bottom into the replacement operation.
 
Deoxidation principle of tower deoxidation equipment: Because the specially designed tower has a large specific surface area, the water forms a form of water film which is in contact with CO2 gas, which not only greatly increases the contact area, but also makes CO2 dissolve in water to the utmost. The process of deoxidation is achieved by convection of water and CO2 in the packed bed. The water flows from top to bottom by gravity in the tower, and CO2 flows countercurrently from bottom to top with water by pressure difference. Water forms a water film in the tower. When the water film flows from one filler to the next through the contact point, the water in the inner layer of the water film turns to the surface layer, and the water originally in the surface layer turns into the inner layer, so that The gas diffusion speed in the water is reduced, the oxygen release time is shortened, and the deoxidation efficiency is greatly improved. The residual oxygen content of the cold tower deoxygenated water is less than 0.02 ppm.
 
The tower deoxidizing equipment is constructed with a professionally designed degassing tower. The good mass transfer effect ensures high-precision degassing with the lowest carbon dioxide gas consumption. Cold deoxidation system uses the atmospheric pressure displacement process to prepare deoxidized water. It consists of mass transfer tower, centrifugal pump, automatic control system and other components. The specially designed mass transfer tower mainly uses Henry's law and Dalton's law of partial pressure and adopts high-tech filler. It has a large specific surface area and greatly improves the efficiency of gas-liquid replacement. The system includes a front balancing unit, a deoxidizing unit, a liquid level control unit, a temperature control unit, a carbon dioxide control unit, and a CIP cleaning control unit.
