Ammonia refrigeration system:
Taking the ammonia-water absorption refrigeration system as an example: the ammonia-saturated liquid drawn from the condenser is throttled and decompressed and cooled in the pressure reducing regulating valve to form low-drying wet steam, which is sent to the evaporator for constant pressure suction. Heat, become dry saturated steam, and then enter the absorber. At the same time, the dilute ammonia solution enters the absorber after being decompressed from the ammonia steam generator through the throttle valve. The dilute ammonia solution absorbs the ammonia vapor to form a concentrated ammonia solution. During the absorption process, the heat released by the condensation of ammonia vapor is carried away by the cooling water to keep the aqueous ammonia solution in the absorber at a lower temperature and absorb more ammonia vapor. The concentrated ammonia solution is boosted by the solution pump and enters the ammonia steam generator.
 
Overhaul of ammonia refrigeration system:
1. The inspection location environment must be inspected before the inspection, and familiar with ventilation, lighting, escape routes, protective devices, etc.
2, maintenance must carry an anti-ammonia mask, high-altitude operation must be a seat belt, leakage maintenance must carry an aerobic respirator and body protective clothing.
3. Maintenance of electrical related equipment must be performed after the power is turned off, and the local switch is turned off before operation.
4. The maintenance of the valve must be carried out after confirming that no ammonia leakage has occurred and the relevant pipeline has been safely isolated.
5. In addition to the maintenance of the condenser fan and water pump, the routine maintenance of the valve, and the maintenance work of other pumps and water pipes, the refrigeration worker is not allowed to perform maintenance work.
