Introduction to the characteristics of WIKA intelligent pressure transmitter

Today's WIKA smart transmitters are usually hybrid smart transmitters that have both digital and analog signals. Smart pressure transmitters have the following features in their applications:
       1 Wide range and large range ratio
       WIKA smart transmitters are typically available in a wide range of scales with a wide range ratio from 30:1 to 100:1, and some even reach 400:1. The smart transmitter range is compared with the conventional analog transmitter. The biggest advantage is that it can reduce the inventory. Together with the skill request, the range can be changed at any time without replacing the meter. It is very convenient to use a smart transmitter, and you can adjust the range online. If it is a routine to imitate the transmitter, it will replace the new table with a larger range.
       2 protection is simple and convenient
       The location where the handheld communicator communicates with the intelligent pressure transmitter can be used at the field transmitter terminal block or at the terminal block in the main control room control cabinet. In this way, the external maintenance personnel can perform range correction, parameter setting, and appearance protection on the transmitter in a relatively safe and well-controlled operating room. It should be noted that the handheld communicator cannot be directly connected to the power supply that supplies power to the transmitter in the external control loop. The reason is that the power supply is low impedance, and the handheld communication device cannot read information at both ends. Usually, the loop resistance is requested at 250~. 600Ω, the resistance is too small to communicate, and the pressure transmitter will not work properly.
       3 with high and low voltage side conversion function
       WIKA smart transmitters usually have the function of high and low voltage side of the sensor, and the internal parameters can be adjusted by the handheld communicator. In the production, I have encountered such a problem, because the appearance has been running for many years, the pressure guiding tube connected to the transmitter needs to be replaced in time due to leakage, and the positive and negative phase pressure guiding tube is reversed when the external surface is used for replacement. If the two pressure guiding tubes are interchanged, the amount of work is large. The smart transmitter has high and low voltage side conversion function, and the parameter "D45:H/L SWAP" in the table can be changed from NOROMAL (right high voltage, left low voltage) to REVERSE (right low voltage, left high voltage).
       4 Smart transmitter's fixed output function

       This function is convenient to use in the following situations: 1 When the transmitter is faulty, to ensure the production equipment and personal safety, or to ensure the quality of the product, the transmitter output is at a fixed value. 2 After the annual overhaul, because all the links in the external control circuit have been repaired, it is necessary to connect all the circuits before driving. At this time, the fixed output function of the smart transmitter can be used by the handheld device to find the menu. The "OUTPUTSET" item can usually set any value between 3.8 and 21.6 mA, and it is normal whether all the circuits in the location are connected.
