Introduction of how to install control box for stainless steel butterfly valve

It is necessary to ensure that the stainless steel butterfly valve has been debugged and can operate normally. For the debugging of the mechanical part of electric equipment, please refer to the relevant application instructions. Fix the stainless steel butterfly valve control box as shown.
Connect the terminal of the control box and the terminal of the electric equipment with the cable according to the schematic diagram attached to the instruction book. Operating current is input to terminals 10 and 11. Positive terminals are connected to terminals 10 and negative terminals are connected to terminals 11. A ammeter is connected to terminals 8 and 9, with positive'+'connected to 8 and negative'-' connected to 9.
Connect three-phase power supply separately to A, B, C and N terminals. Power Phase Sequence Active Logic Calibration Function: When the operation direction of the control box is contrary to the correct direction, let it run to the all-off or all-open direction. At this time, the control box actively logic calibration power phase sequence for 3 seconds to set the correct opening and direction. Logic phase sequence proofreading function can only be used in the debugging process, if the corresponding stainless steel butterfly valve is very important to advocate manual adjustment of phase sequence!
Active operation: Access to the external control input signal, set the control box to "active" status, adjust the input signal, stainless steel butterfly valve should be able to actively operate according to the change of the input signal. At this point, the debugging of the control box and the electric equipment is over. When the electric equipment is in the turn-on or turn-off operation, pressing the stop button will stop the electric equipment in this instant position. Press this button to silence when the electric equipment stops.

Each control box shall be equipped with an air switch for distribution. The control circuit of the electric equipment manufacturer is different, but the different combinations of terminal wiring in the control box can be solved.
