Introduction of Pneumatic Butterfly Valve with Stand-Up Function

Service life: When the pneumatic butterfly valve actuator switch is in place, it will be cut off by the internal micro-switch, and it has the function of work station insistence. It only needs to supply electricity when it is in action, and the motor will not be charged when it is in place. Its service life is longer than that of solenoid valve, and its performance is stable. The opening and closing of solenoid valves rely on the coil power to operate. When the work station insists, the coil needs to be continuously energized (such as normally closed solenoid valves to be opened for a long time). The coil will be heated for a long time when the coil is energized, and the coil will simply burn out. This kind of fault is relatively common.

Installation azimuth requirement: Pneumatic butterfly valve has no requirement for installation angle. The solenoid valve is a straight-stroke action principle, and its sealing needs to be realized by the action of gravity of the valve core itself and the electromagnet. Therefore, the solenoid valve can only be installed horizontally, and other angle installation will cause leakage of the solenoid valve. Leakage problem: Pneumatic butterfly valve action principle is angular stroke, double-sided seal, good sealing performance, not easy to leak. The action principle of solenoid valve is straight stroke, diaphragm or pilot type. The purity requirement of sealing surface is very high. If there are impurities in the medium, it will simply cause leakage.
