Description of the classification of steam solenoid valves

The steam solenoid valves that we are exposed to in daily life are often divided into two types:
1. Boiler steam - saturated steam
2. Steam from the thermal power plant - superheated steam
1. Saturated steam: the temperature and pressure are relatively stable, the temperature is lower than 250 °C, and the working pressure is lower than 1.6Mpa.
2, superheated steam: temperature and pressure change base large temperature up to 400 ° C or more, working pressure is less than 4.0Mpa

For the first type of steam, we usually use a soft-sealed steam solenoid valve.
Structural features
This valve is a pilot-operated double-opening solenoid valve consisting of two major components: the secondary valve and the main valve.

Condensation resistance: The condensate of the steam pipe is an important factor affecting the action of the steam solenoid valve. The valve is not affected by the condensed water.
Soft seal solenoid valve
This series of solenoid valves can also be widely used in textile, printing, chemical, plastics, rubber, pharmaceutical, food, building materials, machinery, electrical appliances, surface treatment steam solenoid valves and scientific research departments as well as bathroom, canteen, air conditioning and other automatic control systems.

For the second type of steam, we usually use a hard-sealed steam solenoid valve.
