Description of two types of one-way valves

One-way valve is a control valve to control the unidirectional flow of oil. It is divided into two kinds: ordinary one-way valve and hydraulic one-way valve.
Common one-way valves are usually referred to as one-way valves, which control hydraulic oil from one direction can pass through the reverse but not through, so they are also called check valves or check valves.
The main performance requirements of electric ball valves are: small pressure loss when oil passes through, good sealing performance when reverse cut-off; sensitive action; no impact and noise when working.
Steel ball sealed one-way valve has simple structure and simple manufacturing process, but its sealing is poor. Because of no guide, it is easy to produce vibration. It is generally used in low flow and low requirement occasions.
Cone spool sealed one-way valve has small forward oil resistance, guidance and good sealing performance, but the processing technology is strict, the valve body hole and seat hole must have a higher coaxiality, generally used in high pressure and large flow plunger pump occasions.

No matter what form of one-way valve, its working principle is the same. When the oil with pressure of P1 flows into the valve body from the population of body 1, the pressure oil overcomes the force of spring 3 pressed on the steel ball 2 or cone valve core 2 and the friction between the valve core and the valve body, opens the steel ball or valve core, the pressure drop is p2, and flows out from the outlet of the valve body. When the oil flows in the opposite direction, the oil hydraulic force and spring force together make the steel ball or cone core press tightly on the seat of body 1, cut off the oil circuit and make the oil unable to pass through.
