The popularity of pneumatic system is more and more widespread. Cylinder is the executive component of pneumatic system. The quality of cylinder will directly affect the performance of the matching equipment. Therefore, it is very important to select the correct cylinder.
1. Select manufacturers with high reputation, good quality and good service reputation.
2. Check the standards adopted by enterprises in producing cylinders. If mechanical valves are enterprise standards, they should be compared with industry standards.
3. The appearance, internal and external leakage and no-load performance of the cylinder are investigated.
A. No-load performance: the cylinder will be in a no-load state, so that it will be in low-speed operation, depending on its speed without crawling, the lower the speed, the better.
Appearance: There should be no scratches on the surface of cylinder barrel and piston rod, and no air holes and trachoma at the end cap.
