What are the existing problems of domestic automatic control valves?

Auto-control valve refers to the use of electric, pneumatic, hydraulic or electromagnetic drive and other human means to control the valve. Its characteristics are: easy to use and safe; can be controlled on site or at a long distance; can control a single valve, can also be centralized control of multiple valves; can carry out simple on-off control, can also achieve regulation control; with electronic computers, can achieve programmed control. Because of the need of long-distance control, there will be valve signal feedback - lamp signal or 4 ~ 20mA signal feedback for valve control.
All kinds of self-control valves produced by domestic enterprises have defects such as leakage, internal leakage, low appearance quality, short service life, insensitive operation and unreliable electric and pneumatic valves. Some products are only equivalent to the world advanced level in the early 1980s. Moreover, the sales revenue and profit of the self-control valve industry are much lower than that of the same period of last year because of the low price and price war.

At present, there are still some problems in the domestic market of automatic control valves:

1. Some operators plan cheaply, buy nameless valves without factories, put on the nameplate and certificate of famous manufacturers, and cause great damage to the reputation of regular valve enterprises.

2. Lack of innovative valves, some operators after a simple rust removal of waste valves, paint re-sale, to bring great safety risks to the quality of the project. Through the analysis of the market of self-control valves, it is not difficult to find that the market of self-control valves in China has broad prospects for development. However, it is necessary to eliminate vicious competition through standard market order and severe punishment. Here, we appeal to the broad masses of professionals to improve their conscience and expect the government to strengthen quality supervision.

3. Because there is still a big gap in high-end technology compared with foreign famous manufacturers such as Fisher and Rotock, the lack of professional talents has become a bottleneck restricting the further development of China's self-control valve industry, which will inevitably affect the world competitiveness of China's self-control valve industry. For quite a long period of time, product technology will become a bottleneck restricting the development of automatic valve products in China.

With the development of programmable control, modernization and automation in modern industry in China, construction and energy projects in various places have brought broad prospects for valve actuators. Especially, some key national engineering projects are using automation to improve the degree of automation and reduce labor force. On the one hand, some valves are using automation. On the other hand, driven by industrialization, urbanization, reform and globalization, the prospects of China's valve equipment manufacturing industry are still broad. In the future, the valve industry will be high-end, localized, modernized and globalized. Digitalization will be the main development direction of valve industry in the future.
