Water solenoid valve installation precautions

The solenoid valve for the medium or water is called the water solenoid valve, which can automatically control or remotely control the opening and closing of the medium passage. Because of its high reliability and fast opening and closing speed, the application of water solenoid valve is also very extensive. 1. Water solenoid valve In the case of insufficient rigidity of the pipeline, it is recommended to fix the pipe in front of the valve to avoid vibration caused by the solenoid valve.

2. When the solenoid valve is faulty, in order to isolate the solenoid valve in time and ensure the normal operation of the system, it is better to install a bypass device.

3. It is necessary to keep the surface of the internal components of the solenoid valve and the filter clean and free of debris. Installation of the connected pipes also needs to be cleaned. A filter is required before the valve, and if it is a steam pipe, a trap is required.

4. Before installing the solenoid valve with water solenoid valve, the pipeline must be cleaned. It is recommended to install a filter in front of the valve and a steam pipe to install the trap.

5. A pressure gauge should be installed on the pipeline before and after the water solenoid valve to observe the pipeline pressure.

6. Install the solenoid valve vertically and keep the solenoid valve coil up. When installing, pay attention to the flow direction of the solenoid valve to be the same as the flow direction of the pipeline, and it is not suitable to install the solenoid valve in the place where there is dripping or splashing water.

7. The electromagnetic water valve cannot be used in explosion hazardous situations.

8. The valve cannot be installed in the low recess of the pipeline to prevent the condensation of steam, impurities and the like from being deposited in the valve.

9. The diameter of the solenoid valve is also emphasized. When installing the solenoid valve on the branch, the diameter of the solenoid valve must not be larger than the diameter of the valve at the pipe.

10. The water solenoid valve is strictly forbidden to be installed in an explosive place. It is best not to install a water solenoid valve in the low recess, because the low concave area is easy to cause the accumulation of water and dust and affect the solenoid valve operation.

11. When installing, the solenoid valve coil is upward and maintains the vertical position. The arrow or mark on the solenoid valve should be consistent with the flow direction of the pipeline, and should not be installed in places with splashing water or water leakage.

12. The working medium of the solenoid valve should be clean and free of particulate impurities. The dirt and filter on the surface of the solenoid valve internal parts should be cleaned regularly.

13. If the rigidity of the pipeline is not very good, it will make the solenoid valve easy to vibrate. Therefore, it is recommended to install a bracket at the pipe in front of the valve to fix it.

14. A pressure gauge is required at the front and rear pipes of the water solenoid valve to detect the pressure data.

15. In the pipeline system, the diameter of the solenoid valve installed on the branch road should be smaller than the diameter of the main pipeline valve.

16. Before using the solenoid valve for water, pay attention to clearly see the product label and carefully read the instruction manual to determine whether the product meets the conditions of use.
