Description of the ten characteristics of the extraction flue check valve

The extraction flue check valve is mainly used in the steam extraction system of the thermal power steam turbine below 600MW to prevent the medium or water from flowing backward, and to protect the important measures such as the steam turbine pump. In the abnormal state of pipeline medium backflow, power failure, accident, etc., the valve can be closed instantaneously, and the closing time is less than 0.5 seconds.

Features of the extraction flue check valve

1. The design and manufacturing acceptance scale adopts ANSIB16.34, E101 or JB/T3595. The strength and sealing function can fully meet the scale requirements. The fireproof valve under vacuum condition is vacuum tested, and the whole machine life meets the user's requirements.

2. For different temperatures, the main material is carbon steel or high temperature steel, and the sealing surface is welded with hard alloy.
