Electromagnetic Core Structure and Selection of Solenoid Core Material

The traditional electromagnetic valve generally adopts a spring structure of the electromagnet. When the valve is opened, the damping force of the spring cannot be eliminated, which affects the opening time of the electromagnetic valve. The spring has a great influence on the service life of the electromagnetic valve. Therefore, a double electromagnet structure is used instead of the electromagnetic valve. Iron-spring structure. Electromagnets use direct-acting DC electromagnets.
Solenoid valve iron core material uses a small amount of aluminum containing iron-silicon alloy, its composition contains si, AI, Mn, Cr, Mo, belonging to high silicon alloy. The increase of si content can increase the magnetic permeability under weak magnetic field, that is, it has high initial magnetic permeability and maximum magnetic permeability, which can produce large electromagnetic suction force, but too high silicon content will affect the processability. The addition of Al increases the alloy resistivity, reduces the eddy current loss, and decreases the temperature coefficient of resistance. The alloy hardness and wear resistance increase, and the alloy specific gravity decreases. It is necessary to reduce the weight of the iron core, and it can reduce the sensitivity to stress. Eliminate aging phenomenon and improve the temperature stability of the alloy. The addition of Mn can improve magnetic properties and hot workability. Mo can increase the resistivity and improve the alternating performance of alloys. Cr can improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy.
