Tightening degree of vacuum diaphragm valve bolt

When vacuum diaphragm valves are assembled, the degree and order of tightening of the bolts has a direct impact on the quality of the assembly.

It is better to tighten the general bolts, and the connecting parts are not loose.

However, if the bolts of the gasket and the packing structure are tightened, they should be first and then symmetrical, and they should be tightened in turn.

When each bolt is tightened, check that the flange is skewed and measure the gap between the flanges for correctness.

Then tighten the bolts in a symmetrical manner. The tightening amount should be small, about 1/4-1/2 turns each time, until the required pre-tightening force is applied.
