Reasons for damage to the static sealing surface of the vacuum diaphragm valve

(1) The surface roughness of the static sealing surface is too high, mainly due to excessive use time, medium erosion, and poor maintenance.

(2) There is obvious indentation on the static sealing surface. The hardness of the gasket is too high or it is mixed with sand welding tumor and the like.

(3) There are scratches and shovel injuries on the static sealing surface. The main reason is the violation of the operating procedures during the disassembly and cleaning process, caused by improper force.

(4) The static sealing surface is seriously corroded, mainly due to corrosion of the medium and improper selection of valves.

(5) There are obvious grooves on the static sealing surface, mainly due to the maintenance of the static sealing surface after the leakage is not timely.

(6) The static sealing surface is deformed, the rigidity is not enough, the connecting force is too large, and hot creep occurs at high temperature.

(7) There are leak holes on the static sealing surface, which are mainly caused by defects such as poor manufacturing quality and wrinkles.

(8) Cracks on the static sealing surface are mainly caused by unreasonable design, poor manufacturing quality, improper installation or operation, and long-term exposure to alternating loads.
