Description of the difference between fabricated thermocouple and explosion-proof thermocouple
The difference between fabricated thermocouples and explosion-proof thermocouples
The structure and principle of the assembled thermocouple and the explosion-proof thermocouple are basically the same. The difference is that the explosion-proof product junction box (housing) is designed with an explosion-proof special structure. The junction box is die-casted with high-strength aluminum alloy, and has sufficient internal space, wall thickness and mechanical strength, and the heat of the rubber sealing ring. The stability is in line with national explosion protection standards. Therefore, when the explosive mixed gas inside the junction box explodes, the internal pressure does not damage the junction box, and the heat generated thereby cannot be outwardly diffused-exploded.
Since the product adopts the above special explosion-proof structure, the product is fully compatible with the dIIBT4 and dIICT6 explosion-proof categories. As long as the user strictly abides by the product use rules, the product can achieve a reliable explosion-proof effect.
