How does the float level switch determine its type discrimination?

There are many types of liquid level switches, and the liquid level switch selection mainly has the following 10 basis:
1. Temperature: PVDF * High temperature is 120 °C, PP * high is 80 °C, PA * high temperature is 105 °C SUS304/316 * Height is 200 °C.
2, pressure: plastic float pressure * large 5kg / cm2, SUS float pressure * large 30kg / cm2.
3, adhesion: should use a ball with a large ball and a small specific gravity to overcome the surface tension of the liquid.
4, chemical: PVDF plastic material is suitable for acid and alkali places, H2SO4 sulfuric acid should use PVDF if temperature considerations. PP plastic material is suitable for HCl hydrochloric acid. NBR rubber is suitable for use in oil environments.
5, oil: should be made of stainless steel metal.
6. Specific gravity: The specific gravity of the float SG must be smaller than the liquid to be tested, otherwise the float will not float.
7. Protection and explosion-proof grade: Various junction boxes can be selected according to customer requirements. The junction box is complete in specifications, with plastic, aluminum alloy and stainless steel explosion-proof type, and the protection grade can reach IP-65 or above.
8. Electrical switch form: contact capacity 50W/250VACSPST or 40W/250VACSPDT.
9. Installation and connection method: The connection flange has JIS, DIN and ANSI specifications; the thread mouth has NPT, PF, BSP, M, UNC and other specifications, and pay attention to the problem of mounting hole and float size.
10, the length of the guide: refers to the total length of the mounting reference surface to the bottom of the guide.
