Electromagnetic flowmeter output super full range introduction

The cause of the overload of the output value of the electromagnetic flowmeter comes from four aspects: sensor, connection cable, converter, and rear instrument connected to the converter output. There are various reasons for each aspect, which are mainly listed below:
(1) Sensor aspect - no liquid communication between the electrodes, introducing electrical interference from the liquid;
(2) Connecting the cable - the cable is disconnected and the wiring is incorrect;
(3) The converter side - the wrong with the sensor, the setting error;
(4) Rear position meter - no electrical isolation, setting error
