Transmitter modification range introduction
Modify the
transmitter's range (Note: The 7.3 step adjustment is only a small range adjustment. If you want to change the range greatly or use a new
transmitter, you can use this step.) Reduce the range and check the zero position when the input is At "0" pressure, the output should be 4 mA. If there is a deviation, the zero potentio
meter can be fine-tuned. Still input as “0” pressure, adjust the range potentio
meter according to the clockwise equation, so that when the “0” pressure input, the output is 4mA* (original range / required range). Reset the zero potentio
meter so that when the "0" pressure is input, the output is 4 mA. Proof the output of the upper measurement limit and fine-tune the range and zero position if necessary to meet the new specifications. Expand the range Repeat the zero position. When the input is "0" pressure, the output should be 4mA. If there is deviation, the zero potentio
meter can be fine-tuned. Enter the full-scale pressure of the original range and adjust the range potentio
meter counterclockwise so that when the full-scale pressure input of the original range is input, the output is: 20mA* (original range/required range). Reset the zero potentio
meter so that when the "0" pressure is input, the output is 4 mA. Proof the output of the upper measurement limit and fine-tune the range and zero position if necessary to meet the new specifications.
