1 Intelligent screwing vortex flowmeter has no output signal
    Cause: The pipe has no media or flow below the lower limit; check that the power and output connections are correct; check the preamplifier circuit for damage; check the input amplifier circuit for damage.
    Treatment method: increase the medium flow to meet the flow requirements; correctly wire; replace the preamplifier; replace the components damaged by the output amplifier circuit.

    Cause: The flowmeter is poorly grounded or has strong ground wire and other ground interference; the amplifier sensitivity is too high or self-excited; the piezoelectric sensor and the preamplifier are in poor contact or open circuit; the power supply is unstable, the filtering is poor, and other electrical interference . 〔2〕
    Solution: Connect the ground wire correctly to eliminate interference; replace the preamplifier; check the line to make it normal; repair or replace the power supply to eliminate interference.

    Cause: The sensitivity of the amplifier is too high or too low, there is a leakage pulse; the depth position of the piezoelectric sensor is not adjusted correctly; the field where the flowmeter is installed has unstable vibration or electrical interference; the grounding is poor; the installation position is incorrect, the flowmeter is in front. There is a turn. Treatment method: replace the preamplifier; re-adjust the depth position of the piezoelectric sensor; eliminate unstable vibration and interference; check the grounding line to make it normal; change the installation position.
 
    4 Intelligent swirling vortex flowmeter cumulative flow indication display does not match actual flow
    Reason: The meter meter input is not normal; the user's normal flow is lower or higher than the normal flow range of the selected flow meter; the flow meter itself is out of tolerance; the fluid cavitation; the pipe's reciprocal number is not in the range of 2×104～7×106 Inside.
 
    Treatment method: re-calibration, use the function button to set the adjustment to make it correct; adjust the pipeline flow to make it normal; re-calibrate; reduce the pressure loss of the fluid to avoid air bubbles.
    5 Intelligent screwing vortex flowmeter switch display error
    Cause: Check that the wiring is correct; check that the switch button is in good contact; check that the display wiring is good; confirm that the display is OK. 〔2〕
    Handling method: correct wiring; replace button; correctly connect the display line; replace the display.
