1. The material of electronic stainless steel In the past, most of the material of the valve body, valve cover, and transmission case were gray cast iron and some were ductile iron. It should be pointed out that due to the different thickness of the electromagnetic stainless steel parts, the difficulty of ball casting is greater, and corresponding measures should be taken to ensure the quality of castings. It is recommended that all manufacturers establish a strict quality control system. For a large number of small and medium sized electronic stainless steel, the method of lost foam molding is adopted. The large-diameter electronic stainless steel adopts resin sand molding, and the casting shall have effective measures to eliminate internal stress and promote shot blast cleaning. Sand measures. The defects of the castings are not allowed to be eliminated by welding. Otherwise, measures should be taken to eliminate the internal stress caused by welding repairs, carry out more rigorous inspections, and explain the situation to users. 2. Electronic stainless steel gearbox Large-diameter solenoid valve is equipped with a gearbox due to the relationship between opening and closing moments. For such components, it is desirable to note the following points in manufacturing: (1) There is a device for opening and closing the limit on the box. The adjusting nut of this device should be set in the box. (2) The cabinet structure is as small and solid as possible. If the opening and closing operations are excessive, the cabinet will not be broken. (3) The transmission structure is reasonable in design. When the valve is opened and closed, it can only drive the valve shaft to rotate, and it does not make it move up and down. The transmission parts are engaged normally and do not produce separation and skidding when the load is opened and closed. The (4) The gearbox is often easily immersed in water in areas with high groundwater levels, so the enclosure should be sealed. Some electronic stainless steel manufacturers have integrated the housing of the valve shaft packing with the gearbox. Once the water leaks at the packing, it is easy to put it into the box. This is an improvement. 3. Electronic stainless steel operating mechanism The pipeline is often buried underground, the electromagnetic valve is well-protected, and the stainless steel is not suitable. The opening and closing of the electronic stainless steel is to work from the ground. Therefore, the opening and closing end of the electronic stainless steel should be equipped with a square brim, and the hand-wheel is not suitable.
