Type 2712 two-way two-way cut-off type control valve flange connection, DN 10-100
The 2712 system is specifically designed to control reliable control of applications with the highest accuracy requirements.
The Model 2712 consists of an all-stainless steel body and Burkert's new generation of universal pneumatic actuators.
Each cut-off body can be fitted with 3 to 5 sets of different sizes of spools/valves. These parabolic spools/valves have high reliability and repeatability. The spool seal is stainless steel or Teflon.
When driven by the 1067/8635 side
controller or the Model 8630 top
controller, it forms a unique regulating valve system that can be used for simple precise position control as well as automatic flow, temperature or pressure.
Simple establishment of control loop
The figure shows that the cut-off type regulating valve system controls a temperature loop, and the process requires that the outlet temperature be kept within a small range. The process tune function is used to establish the control loop, and the thermal resistance signal can be directly sent to the 8630 without conversion.
Tank sealing application
In this example, 2712 controls the nitrogen pressure in the tank sealing system. The control loop can be quickly established: the pressure
transmitter signal is sent to the 8630, and the “Process Tune” function optimizes the PID para
meters. The combination of the valve body, unique actuator and standard control head, as well as the equal percentage of the stainless steel body, keeps the pressure within a small tolerance.
