Description of the safety valve system for controlling the burner
application
The safety valve is installed on the fuel supply line or return line of the burner.
design
The system includes two safety valves.
Oil supply safety valve: normally open valve, internal pressure up to 30 bar. Reflux safety valve: Normally closed valve with internal pressure of up to 30 bar.
At the same time, the return relief valve can also be used as a check valve. When the pressure in the return line reaches 0.15 bar, the valve opens.
The return relief valve acts as a check valve (controlled by a spring) when the burner is not operating. At this point, the unused oil flows back to the tank. The fuel supply safety valve is in a safe closed position (both valves are energized). The oil does not enter the burner and the oil in the burner end line is vented through the return safety valve.
