Description of electromagnetic coils with high-performance electronic components

The power required to lift the armature is greatest, and the power required to keep the armature moving is much smaller. To this end, our company has developed an electromagnetic coil with high-performance electronic components. After using this type of coil, the power of the coil is very high when the armature is lifted, but after 500 ms, the power is immediately reduced to a value that keeps the armature from moving. In this way, the coil does not overheat when it is continuously operated. Other applications include solenoid systems for long stroke valves. When using a solenoid valve with this type of coil, pay special attention to the correct voltage of the power supply. In addition, the switch of the valve should not be too frequent, otherwise the coil will overheat (generally controlled to open and close 6 times per minute).
